The group assists start-up and emerging companies and other strategic investors in raising private capital for the continued growth of a company. SettlePou works with a company as it formulates the early stage financing, bridge rounds, or other private financings. This includes preparing or reviewing private transactions, such as: - Letters of Intent;
- Confidential Preliminary Investment Memorandums;
- Private Placement Memorandums;
- Private Disclosure Statements; and
- Subscription Agreements.
In addition, SettlePou’s Private Business group confirms that such private offerings are compliant with state and federal regulations. Finally, the group will notify state and federal securities commissioners of the private offerings as is applicable.
