Mark Craig
ABOUT
Mark is a trial lawyer who counsels and represents business clients in disputes ranging from personal injury claims, products liability, premises liability, toxic tort claims, wrongful death claims, nonsubscriber claims, trucking accidents, and landlord-tenant disputes.
Nearly all of Mark’s practice is dedicated to personal injury claims, making him a highly knowledgeable, efficient, and effective advocate for his clients. He is keenly aware of the challenges businesses face when a lawsuit is initiated and the intricacies of defending these cases. Mark is very responsive, keeping clients informed of developments on a routine basis. He has obtained findings of no negligence on behalf of multiple businesses before various arbitrators and courts throughout the state of Texas.
Mark T. Craig played on the Baylor golf team for two years before transferring to SMU. Today, he still navigates challenging obstacles and uses his experience as a member of SettlePou’s Insurance Defense and Nonsubscriber Defense practices.
