ABOUT

Q’s practice involves representing clients in various industries including commercial lending, real estate, and title work. Q also assists clients with entity formation and finance for the purpose of buying, developing, and selling real estate.

His experience is in drafting and negotiating loan agreements involving real estate and non-real estate collateral; warehouse lines of credit; and consumer purpose transactions. For real estate deals, Q has experience working on each side of the transaction including purchases, sales, leases, and general business counsel related thereto.

In his personal life, Q enjoys spending time with his wife, family, friends, and dog. He also is an avid sports fan – whether it is football, basketball, baseball, or golf, he tries to go to as many sporting events as he can. In addition, he plays in a recreational softball league and plays rounds of golf often. When he gets the chance, his favorite vacation spot is in the mountains, skiing.

Q is a member of SettlePou’s Commercial Lending team and assists with the Real Estate Practice and Business Counsel groups. He is a native of Dallas and an alum of both Texas Tech University and Texas A&M University School of Law.
